The amount indicated in the offer shows the lowest price available when booking for the given period. However, the actual price depends on occupancy, the period you wish to book (e.g.: weekdays or weekends), the number of guests, and the room type. The booking price for the dates you wish to book is available on our booking page. The offer is valid until revoked.

- Use of cardio gym with TechnoGym machines: indoor bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, ping pong table
- Complimentary 15-minute use of massage chair
- Picnic basket, which includes: Palóc basket: sausage and ham variation, cheese selection, homemade crackling spread, vegetables, fruits, homemade savory scones, sourdough loaf, lemonade or mineral water or Mediterranean basket: ham variation, salami variation, eggplant spread or hummus, pesto mozzarella, soft cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, mixed vegetables and fruits, ciabatta or pumpkin-seed loaf, a small bottle of sparkling wine or homemade syrup (For the duration of the picnic, a picnic basket, cutlery and a blanket are provided. Please note that the contents of the picnic basket are intended for adults aged 18 and over. A picnic basket prepared for children can be ordered on site for an additional charge.)

* We would like to inform our guests that on February 23, 2026, work will begin on the construction of a new bar next to the castle cellar.
The work is expected to last until April 12, 2026, but the duration may vary depending on the progress of the construction. During this time, there may be periodic noise, and the use of the games room will be unavailable or limited.

- No refunds will be given for unused package items. Pre-registration for treatments is required at the Castle Wellness contact details. The programme starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
- The Castle Wellness is open from 8:00 to 20:00
- Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival, check-out until 11:00 on the day of departure! If you arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance!
- In the absence of prior notification, advance payment or credit card guarantee, hotel rooms can be reserved until 18:00 on the day of arrival, after which they will be cancelled without prior notice by the hotel in accordance with the payment and cancellation policy.
- If required, we can arrange luggage storage and luggage transport.
- Services ordered can be cancelled without a penalty charge until 3 calendar days prior your arrival.
- For cancellations within 3 calendar days a penalty of 50% will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of NO SHOW (failure to show up) a penalty of 100% will be charged for all services ordered.
Methods of payment: bank transfer, cash, credit card or Széchenyi vouchers
- 50% of the total price must be prepaid within 5 calendar days after receiving our confirmation.
- With last minute reservations (within 3 days) payment is due on the spot. To confirm a booking a pre-checked credit card guarantee is required with a permission to charge your card with the amount of the deposit.
- With wire transfers please indicate your name and address, the reference number on the prepayment request, which are required to issue a deposit invoice.
- In case you wish to pay the deposit with a Széchenyi voucher, please send us the data of your card, your home address and the date of reservation.
