Friday – Arrival and tuning in

- Cheese selection for dinner
- Buffet dinner: from 18:00 in the restaurant of the Főnix Resort

Saturday – Authentic pig roast programme (10:00-16:00)
Location: Kulcsár Rendezvényház
- 7:30-10:00: Breakfast at the hotel
- Tasting at 10:00: blood with onions, tea and mulled wine with scones, fried blood, fried liver, fried potatoes in their skins and other malacs
- Lunch: cheek soup, pork stew, roast meats, home-made pickles, home-made pasta with fat
- Drinks: 5 types of white wine Balaton Highland wine specialities. Unlimited consumption of tea and mulled wine, scones during the programme.
Saturday evening – Pork buffet dinner at the castle (18:00)
- Dinner: sauerkraut, fried sausage, sausage, fresh pork, sourdough bread, pickles
- Music: live music
Sunday – Rest and farewell
- 7:30-10:00: Buffet breakfast with local specialities and champagne
- LATE check-out until 16:00: the perfect way to end the weekend without the stress and rush.
